ingridents
1/2 cup of soak and boil chickpea
5 tbs tahini paste (1/2 cup roasted sesame+3 tbs olive oi make a fine powder of it then blend with olive oil)
2 tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 salt
5 tbs olive oil
1 tbd minced garlic
1 cup chilled water
method
take a blender bring your boil chickpea into it then add tahini paste
add garlic salt blend all together and add chilled water if required
blend till creamy texture then add lemon juice and olive oil and again blend.
here your hummus is ready

so here we have a combination of gud (jaggrey) and roasted chana (phutana)
which control your blood pressure and cholesterol .
